 Adopt today

Tired of talking to people? Want to pour yourself a glass of wine and have someone just listen for once?  Well, get yourself a succulent!  They make great pets. Not only are they beautiful but they are good listeners too. Plus they are so easy to take care of. They won't pee on your carpet like 4 legged pets and you can go on vacation without the cost of kenneling them!  See for yourself - head on over to the shelter and meet our adorable green-beings. They are looking for their forever homes.   Make it yours today!

Want to name a Succ in our shelter?  Just send us an email to with the subject line “Names Succ” and we will try our best to give the name to one of our rescues,. Oh, and if the name is in honor of someone in your life,  just tell us a little something about them and we can include the tidbit in the backstory!  Due to all the submissions, we can’t fulfill all requests. Thanks for understanding!

We will write you back if your name gets picked, so you can be on the lookout to see the baby before it gets adopted!

We Succ

Warning taking a walk through our shelter might be a little tough. It is hard to see the sad stems reaching out to you begging you to take them home. That combined with the sounds of us " wining" in the background with favorite bottle of Montepulciano might be too much for you to handle. But just  succ it up, and  just do it!

Take a minute out of your busy day to tour our shelter and spend some time meeting our babies. One of them  is sure to grow on you!.

Afraid of taking on the responsibility of caring for another living being?  Get over it! We make the adoption process easy

We all know plants help us breathe by releasing oxygen during photosynthesis. But did you know most plants are like humans and release carbon dioxide when they respire? But not succulents! They produce oxygen all through the night. That's why they sleep in the bedroom with us. Well even if they didn't purify the air and help us get a better night sleep we would still let them in.
